Backgrounds:Negotiable! Simple backgrounds (sky, wall, window) are free if commissioned with a character. Complicated backgrounds (Interiors, many objects) can total to 10$ additional.

Process

1. Payment is through Paypal invoice. I will not start a commission until at least 50% of the payment has been made (non-refundable).
2. After laying out the base colors, you will have to pay the remaining balance.
3. I will regularly update you on the state of your commission, feel free to ask for updates!
4. I will send the finished work through google drive, as well as varieties of it (without watermark, with watermark, etc.).

Terms of Service

  • I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

  • Please wait patiently for your artwork to be completed. I require a loose deadline. You are welcome to ask for updates, however, please do not ask more than once every day if possible.

  • I will update you through major stages of the process. Revisions are welcome, however, I reserve the right to decline if the revision is too difficult for that stage in the process (i.e.: Major change to the character’s pose after grayscale render).

  • You must provide a reference of the character if it is an original character.

  • Payment is through Paypal or Ko-fi only

  • Payment may be done whole up front, or in two installments.

  • At least 50% payment must be made before I start. This is not refundable unless initiated by me.

  • The rest of the 50% payment will be paid once the sketch has been roughly colored.

  • Refund will be issued in the rare event that I cannot finish the commission.

  • I have the right to cancel a commission due to aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior. In the case of this happening, I will keep 50% of the payment.

  • No physical product will be delivered.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners or posted by the commissioner, but may not be used for profit such as selling merch.

  • I own all the rights to my work. Putting my work into AI engines is prohibited.

  • I am allowed to post commission work on social media unless requested otherwise.

  • I am allowed to include the work in my portfolio.

  • Posting and sharing your commissioned artwork is allowed. Credit is appreciated but not required, however, you cannot claim the work as your own.

  • By commissioning me, you have read, understood, and AGREE to the Terms of Service.
